This Knoxville home’s roofing system had simply reached the end of its life. Age had taken a real toll - shingles had gone missing from the front of the home, and leaks were starting to work their way inside. The objective was straightforward: replace the aging roof completely and permanently solve the age-related damage.

A Full Tear-Off and Our Elite Package Upgrade

We performed a full residential re-roof with a complete tear-off and disposal of the old materials. The home was re-roofed with our Elite Package, featuring the Malarkey SBS Modified Vista AR shingle in Brilliant Black; a Class 4 impact-resistant shingle featuring specially engineered granules designed to help reduce smog-forming pollutants. We also finished the hips and ridges with Malarkey EZ Ridge High Profile hip and ridge shingles, adding more dimension to the roofline for a refined, luxury look.

The Elite Package includes an Ice & Water Shield upgrade that covers the code-required valleys plus the entire perimeter and every roof penetration - the most water-prone areas of any roof. We also installed upgraded Lifetime Pipe Boots, usually one of the weakest points of a roof, ensuring a leak-free system for many years to come.

This 2,500 sq ft home was torn off, re-roofed, and cleaned up - all in one day.
